Having spent nearly two decades in the hospitality industry and close to a decade overseeing creative projects, I have a deep understanding of operations and strategy. My professional background spans restaurant operations, leadership, creative development and project management, allowing me to offer a holistic approach to my consulting practice. As a co-owner/operator of my own restaurant and the co-founder of a CPG food & lifestyle brand, I've refined my skills in operational strategies, efficiency, and brand-building.
At my core, I'm an entrepreneur who loves managing complex projects and bringing unique ideas to life.

I've always been fascinated by food.
About Me
As a kid, I spent countless hours in the kitchen with both of my grandmothers. Apart from teaching me how to cook, they taught me that food can be a powerful tool to connect with others and a true language of love.
Driven by my curiosity to explore the endless possibilities of food, I naturally pursued a career in hospitality which has led me to many wonderful opportunities.
Today, I view food as an artistic vessel, connecting me with new people and experiences.
